About Edvard Eshagh

Edvard Eshagh is the Founder of Great Central Mortgage Corporation and Great Central Realty, bringing over four decades of premier real estate, mortgage lending, and financial advisory expertise to the Central Valley.

Edvard began his real estate career earning his salesperson license in 1980, followed by his California Real Estate Broker license in 1992, and also holds an NMLS license. After a successful career in the banking industry, he recognized the profound advantage of offering clients direct wholesale financing and experienced real estate representation under one roof. In 1989, he founded Great Central, establishing a client-first, family-owned standard that has anchored Turlock and Stanislaus County for generations.

Over more than thirty years at the helm, Edvard guided thousands of families through residential purchases, property sales, and customized lending strategies with exceptional integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and sharp negotiation. In 2022, Edvard officially stepped away from day-to-day brokerage operations, entrusting leadership of the firm to his son, Bryan Eshagh, while leaving a permanent legacy of trust, local commitment, and multi-generational service.
