About Patricia Eshagh

Dr. Patricia Eshagh brings a rare blend of deep industry experience, scholarly rigor, and lifelong community commitment to Great Central Realty & Mortgage. Licensed as a Realtor® since 1992 and serving as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #305232), Patricia has spent more than three decades helping Central Valley families navigate home buying, selling, and property financing.

In addition to her real estate and mortgage career, Patricia holds a Ph.D. in Religion from Claremont Graduate University, alongside a Master’s degree with distinction and a Bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) from California State University, Stanislaus. Having spent years as a university lecturer teaching art history and the humanities at CSU Stanislaus, she brings an educator’s patience, meticulous analytical attention, and strong communication skills to every transaction.
